Seattle Fire Station 39

Seattle Fire Station #39 was a complete replacement of the existing fire station located in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle that included a two-story high-bay wing with a clear span of 70 feet.

Components of this 11,000 square foot steel frame and concrete structure include an apparatus bay, physical training rooms, courtyard and a special operations cache.

It was a lead silver project. Pete Pawlak was the project manager for this project while at another firm (Seattle Structural).
